As one who lived in the closet for a time, a part of me feels sorry for Pastor Ted. To see his wife and kids put through this publicly is not easy to watch, however, even while in the closet I was openly critical of those who would criticize gays and their desire to be treated like everyone else. Pastor Ted has much to atone for on that account. I haven't read all of the Bible, but I'm told by an authoritative source that Jesus never said anything about homosexuality. Hmmm, and there's a certain element of a particular US political party who would tell you He's spoken on that issue, inheritance taxes, global warming, etc, etc. For those feeling the need to do so, I'd say Pastor Ted needs your prayers. On Tuesday, I hope you'll consider the rest of his ilk when pulling a lever. ....Missing DC steps down from his soap box....
