"You're a Star in the Face of the Sky"

When a stranger addresses me on a D.C. street, it's usually either a panhandler asking for money or a lunatic ranting something nonsensical. What a nice change.

Wake Up D.C, you people are not special, great, good-looking or unique. I am sick of every kid thinking they are gifted and talented, they are just average!I'm just a bitter shrew...

Ding... you're not as crazy as your friends.

Ding... you can still wear trendy clothes.

I noticed it the other day while walking Buddy, but didn't have time to check it out, nor did I know anything was emanating from it due to the rush of 14th Street traffic. However, yesterday was slower and quieter. When we reached it, Buddy stopped in his tracks and stared at it quizzically. Maybe it's not art, but it beats stepping around discarded take-out and vomit.
