Did you ever wonder why Baltimore is called Charm City? (Or are its residents the only ones who call it that?)
Maybe it's the blue-blooded ladies with their patrician pursuits. Or this cultural colossus, surely the field trip I'm least likely ever to take.

classy bunch they have there Charm City, they used to call it that on Homicide in a snide mocking way, now I see why.
Sorry - but I can't share your sentiment. What's not to love? I've been a Baltimoron for a good 16+ yrs now and wouldn't live anywhere else.

I stand corrected. I knew my spelling was off but couldn't figure out the correct version. Blogger's spell-check, not surprisingly, was less than helpful.
I like that houses are still relatively affordable there.
